- Mafia Mayhem is a 6-reel (3 rows in reels 1 and 2, 4 rows in reels 3, 4, 5 and 6) video slot featuring sticky Wild symbols that may transform into Multiplier symbols.
- The game is played with 20 base bet for 2,304 ways (fixed), bet level of 1 to 10 and bet size of 0.05 to 25.00.
- The in-game currency is PHP.
- The Bet Size is set using the “Bet Size” selector.

Golden Framed Symbols
- During any spins, some symbols (excluding Wild symbol and scatter symbol) in reels 3, 4, 5 and or 6 may appear with a gold frame.
- At every new round after the new symbols have cascaded down, any gold framed symbol(s) that is involved in a win in the previous round will be transformed into Wild symbol(s).
Sticky Wild Symbols
- At any round after wins are paid, any Wild symbol on the reels will remain on the reels until the end of the spin.
- At the end of every spin, if there is 1 or more Wild symbols on the reels, each Wild symbol may randomly transform into a Multiplier symbol with values ranged from x2 to x100.

Maximum Win
- The maximum win amount is 10,000x of the bet amount.
