1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VOSLOT.APP ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. VOSLOT.APP reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who: (a) are at least 21 years of age; (b) are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal; (c) are not subject to self-exclusion or any other restriction imposed by VOSLOT.APP or a regulatory body. 3. Account Registration
Each person may register only one account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. VOSLOT.APP is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials. Accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All funds deposited must belong to you and must be from a source that is not illegal. Minimum deposit is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to account verification and wagering requirement compliance. VOSLOT.APP reserves the right to request proof of identity and payment source before processing withdrawals. Credit card deposits are prohibited in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits are not accepted.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms outlined on each promotion page. Bonuses are credited in good faith and may be revoked if the Platform determines that a player has misused, abused, or exploited any promotion. One account per household, device, and IP address applies to all promotions. VOSLOT.APP reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes. VOSLOT.APP does not influence game outcomes. By playing, you accept the inherent risk that you may lose your wager. In the event of a technical fault or malfunction, VOSLOT.APP reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund wagers at its discretion.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited: (a) use of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games; (b) collusion with other players; (c) exploitation of software bugs or errors; (d) money laundering or use of funds derived from illegal activities; (e) abusing bonus systems or exploiting promotions in bad faith. Accounts found engaging in prohibited activities will be immediately suspended and balances forfeited.
8. Responsible Gaming
VOSLOT.APP provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. 10. Limitation of Liability
VOSLOT.APP shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) service interruptions, maintenance, or technical failures; (b) unauthorized access to your account; (c) reliance on information published on the Platform; (d) losses arising from gambling activity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOSLOT.APP's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited in your account in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts. VOSLOT.APP operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
